This Cirò DOC captures the distinctive personality of Calabria terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Gaglioppo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-year-old vines trained as sapling located at 150 meters above sea level on red soil, coming from the "Vigna Salico". Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 24 months in steel tanks and 36 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Calabria's ancient Greek winemaking heritage.
