This exceptional Cirò DOC showcases the authentic character of Calabria. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Gaglioppo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines grown with spurred cordon and sapling system on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing, red vinification in steel with short maceration on the skins. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine reflecting Calabria's ancient Greek winemaking heritage.
