This Cirò DOC captures the distinctive personality of Calabria terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Gaglioppo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on limestone and clay soil. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature with short maceration. The wine is aged some months in steel and short aging in bottle. A wine reflecting Calabria's ancient Greek winemaking heritage.
