Age of about 60 years old, exposed to the south to 450 meters above sea level, the soil is calcareous sandstone and clay. Organic cultivation and yield per hectare of 40 quintals

Vinification

Maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts, 30% is fermented for two months in small barrels made of chestnut, the remaining 70% in stainless steel, without added sulphur
