Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Coda di Volpe 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards age of about 60 years old, exposed to the south to 450 meters above sea level, the soil is calcareous sandstone and clay. Organic cultivation and yield per hectare of 40 quintals. Vinification: maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts, 30% is fermented for two months in small barrels made of chestnut, the remaining 70% in stainless steel, without added sulphur. The wine is aged 12 months in steel. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
