Crafted from Viognier, Sauvignon, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 100-300 meters above sea level with southern and south-west exposure on sandy soil with the presence of gravel. Vinification: cryomaceration for 24 hours, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
