Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 80%, Sémillon 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards between 250 and 350 m. asl., on soils rich in marine fossils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel with the sole use of indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and 12 in bottle. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
