A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Bianco di Custoza DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Garganega 40%, Fernanda 30%, Trebbianello 15%, Trebbiano15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards the yield is approximately 55 hectoliters per hectare. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and refermentation in the bottle with the addition of frozen must from the same vintage.
