A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Bianco di Custoza DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Garganega 40%, Chardonnay 30%, Friulano 20%, Cortese 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in a calcareous, gravelly and clayey soil. Vinification: the grapes are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel and soft pressed. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
