Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on acid, clayey soils with iron and aluminium silicates. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in contact with its own marc using only indigenous yeasts, post-fermentation maceration for about 10 days. The wine is aged 6 months in oak tonneaux. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
