Produced in Sardinia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 17% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed but not crushed, macerated in cement vats without any added sulfur. The wine is aged in small cement tanks until bottling which usually happens after two/three years. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
