Dettori Bianco

This distinctive wine from Sardinia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 15.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed but not crushed, macerated in cement vats without any added sulfur. The wine is aged in small cement tanks until bottling which usually happens after two/three years. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
