This Dogliani DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Dogliani to 420 m. above sea level, facing South, South-West end of calcareous. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 25 days at 28 ° C with selected yeast. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels of 25 hl. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
