Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Foscarino hill in one of the most important area of Soave. Vinification: soft pressing, maceration on the skins for one to two weeks, spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, light refermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
