Enosi Baron Di Pauli

Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling 55%, Sauvignon Blanc 45%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 480 and 550 m above sea level, in Söll, near Termeno, on soil full of clay and limestone gravel. Vinification: separated, fermentation in steel and wooden tanks with maceration for 12 hours. The wine is aged 6 months in barriques. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
