This Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Erbaluce 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from the Cavana vineyard in the municipality of Piverone, 0.3 hectares exposed to the south, 400 meters in altitude and on moraine rocky soils. Vinification: soft pressing, cold maceration for 30 hours, sedimentation and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barriques. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
