Crafted from Carricante 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 600 m above sea level in volcanic soils in Milo and Castiglione di Sicilia. Vinification: soft pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
