This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Carricante 90%, Grecanico 5%, Minnella 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 40 years old rooted on sandy and volcanic soils, rich in minerals and positioned on the northern side of Etna between 850 and 1200 m above sea level. The wine is aged in stainless steel with 20% left to mature in tonneau. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
