Etna Bianco Benanti

This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Carricante 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the eastern and southern slopes of Etna at 700-950 meters of altitude, bush-trained vines 20-60 years old. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
