This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on volcanic and sandy soils, from a plot of one hectare of sapling vines located at 700 meters above sea level on the north side. Vinification: cold maceration for 2 days and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in steel and at least 2 months in bottle. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
