A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Etna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Carricante 80%, Catarratto 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on volcanic sand soils 720 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 20-25 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged a few months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
