This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Carricante 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines rooted in a sandy soil at 800 metres above sea level in Solicchiata, in the Northern slope of Etna. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
