The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils composed of lava sands at an altitude between 650-750 meters, with intense temperature excursions. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation for 20-25 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
