Crafted from Carricante 60%, Catarratto 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils composed of lava sands at an altitude between 650-750 meters, with intense temperature excursions. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation for 20-25 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
