This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils of volcanic origin rich in fossils, places on the north slope of Etna at 600 meters above sea level. Vinification: de-stemming, pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in concrete tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
