This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils of volcanic origin rich in fossils, places on the north slope of Etna at 600 meters above sea level. Vinification: de-stemming, pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in concrete tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
