This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil at 600 metres above sea level, in Solicchiata, in the Northern slope of Etna. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 7 months in steel vats. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
