This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on volcanic sandy soil in the Northern slope of Etna, between 730 and 750 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration for 6-10 hours at 10°C and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
