A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Etna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 25-60 years old sapling vines, on a volcanic soil in the North side of Etna. Vinification: in steel tank. The wine is aged in acciaio. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
