This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils composed of volcanic sands between 650-750 meters above sea level. Vinification: 24 hours of cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation for 20-25 days in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
