This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 95%, Nerello Cappuccio 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards volcanic soil and sandy, rich in minerals, on the northern slopes of Etna. Vinification: fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel and plastic, eight days on the lees and 8-10 days on skins. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques of second passage.
