This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 15 years old vines at 720 metres above sea level from Catiglione di Sicilia. Vinification: destemming, maceration on the skins for 20-25 days with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
