A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Etna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 85%, Nerello Cappuccio 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on land at 700 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks and then in the bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicilian producers blend indigenous grapes with international varieties, reflecting the island's rich cultural mix.
