The fruit is sourced from vineyards 16-year-old vines on volcanic soil at an altitude of 765 meters on Etna's northern slope. Vinification: maceration on skins with frequent punching down and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in French oak tonneaux of second and third passage.
