This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted on sandy and volcanic soils, rich in minerals and positioned on the northern side of Etna at 650 m above sea level. Vinification: diraspapigiatura e fermentazione con lieviti indigeni in vasche di cemento, con macerazione per una settimana. The wine is aged about 9 months in cement tanks.
