Crafted from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Alicante, Francisi, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with an average age of 100 years at 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats. The wine is aged 24 months in second-passage tonneaux, 6 months in bottle.
