This exceptional Sannio DOC showcases the authentic character of Campania. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ponte village at 300 metres above sea level on clayey soils rich in tuff. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with cold maceration in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
