Tasting Notes

This Taburno DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Montesarchio and Bonea, at 300-400 metres above sea level on clayey soils rich in volcanic stones. Vinification: cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks.
