Hailing from Campania, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards calcareous tuffaceous soils on the outer slopes of the Astroni Crater, rich in minerals. Vinification: soft pressing, maceration on the skins for about half of the alcoholic fermentation. Partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged "Sur lie" in steel followed for 18 months in wooden barrels. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
