Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at 450 m above sea level in a marny soil rich in clay. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, decantation and fermentation in steel vats.
