Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Fiano di Avellino DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Fiano 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the municipality of Lapio at 550 meters above sea level, on clay and limestone soils in depth, while silty, sandy and rich in volcanic ash on the surface. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (12 degrees) in stainless steel tanks for 40 days. The wine is aged 12 months on fine lees in steel, 12 months in the bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
