Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards san Michele di Pratola, at 350-450 meters above sea level on Franco-sandy and Franco-loamy soils. Vinification: cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel for 2 weeks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
