Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Grechetto 85% and Trebbiano Spoletino 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 350 metres above sea level on clayey, calcareous and chalky soils with South, South-East exposure. Organic Farming. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats then few months in bottle. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
