Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Lambrusco Grasparossa 90%, Trebbiano Modenese 5%, Lambrusco di Sorbara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15-year-old vines from the Lago di Monte Bettelli vineyard, facing west at about 250 meters above sea level on loamy soils. Vinification: separate of the 3 grapes with maceration in cement for 6 days of the Grasparossa. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. No filtrations and clarifications. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine embodying Emilia Romagna's easy-drinking, food-loving character.
Emilia Romagna is the home of Lambrusco and a deeply food-driven wine culture.
