Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30-year-old vines raised in pergola on calcareous and medium-textured soil. Vinification: spontaneous refermentation in bottle without added sulphites. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, then 3-6 months in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
