Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 11.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located in the Ancona hinterland on medium-textured soils, facing south-east. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and refermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method. The wine is aged 6-8 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
