Frizzante Sui Lieviti 'Le Rosè' Gregoletto

Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White and red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on alluvial sandy soils, partly calcareous, from the Ora and Margà vineyards located at 230-330 meters above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in concrete vats and steel tanks.
