The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-year-old vines located in small plots of different vineyards of Castelvetro di Modena on loamy-loamy soils with a good part of limestone. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stoneware barriques (Clayver) without contact with the skins. No filtrations and clarifications. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats of 400 litres. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
