Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Garganega 80%, Durella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines of 40 years cultivated with alberello pugliese on the medium-textured lands of Salento. Vinification: fermentation of base wine in steel containers, addition of dried grapes of Garganega for second fermentation in bottle. No disgorging: a kind of "sur lies" sparkling wine. The wine is aged 12 months in oak wood barrels of 30 hl. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
