Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from White Grapes , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on soils rich in skeleton, volcanic porphyry and dolomitic limestone, 500 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in amphora, contact with the skins until spring. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
