This Gattinara DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted on rocky soils, rich of minerals and with Guyot system. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days. The wine is aged 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
