Tasting Notes

This Gattinara DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted on rocky soils of three different "historic" vineyards, rich in iron mineral salts and trained on Guyot. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days. The wine is aged 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
